The
Journal of Decision Systems has been in existence since 1992. It has always been an international, blind refereed, bilingual journal. The editors have consistently applied a double blind refereeing principle, whereby each paper is reviewed by two independent experts in the area covered by the paper and then reviewed separately by either the editor in chief or an associate editor.
Authors currently engaged in research related to the aims of the Journal of Decision Systems are encouraged to submit papers to the Editor of the journal. Any paper submitted to JDS will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The reviewing process will place particular emphasis on the relevance of the work to the missions of the Journal, the scientific rigour of the research study, the original nature of the work, as well as the clarity and presentation of the paper.
